From someone who deals with different people everyday for a living, all I can say about Caitlin, is she is extremely courteous, polite and follows through with everything she says she will do! Owning a property in a remote area, in a different state, has been challenging to say the least, the past 12 month has produced a multiple of challenges with our property. Caitlin has assisted numerously in dealing through these challenges, chasing contractors, quotes, following through with getting the jobs done, while minimising the impact to my tenants.
