After a spectacularly bad performance by a very well known and large real estate agent in town , Lou O’Rourke from 4825 took over my management and what a breath of fresh air! She actually cared what sort of tenant went into my property She vetted them properly rather than do a quick blacklist check and advise me that they’ll do. I had no end of hassles with the other real estate which I kept on putting down to bad luck but eventually when you deal with an agent who knows what they are talking about, who is mature and professional and knows and understands legislation, then you know you have a good agent. After 26 years of investing finally I found an agent who just quietly goes about their business doing the right thing. Would not go anywhere else to manage by investment property except 4825….. excellent!!!
